All balloon flights are subject to the availability of balloons, pilots, and weather conditions. To make arrangements, you may call or e-mail for availability. A fifty percent deposit is required to insure your reservation. Final payment is due the day of the flight. Full refunds are made (minus a $25.00 reservation handling fee) if written notice is received 7 days prior to your scheduled flight. Cancellations the day of the flight or "no-shows" will not receive a refund. We are not responsible for the weather and the decision to fly is at the sole discretion of the pilot. If we cancel the flight for any reason, you have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. The night before a morning flight passengers must call us between 8:30PM and 9:30PM to confirm weather conditions. Call between 2:30PM and 3:30PM to confirm afternoon flights. Have Balloon Will Travel assumes no liability for any type of loss whatsoever.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE: Flights can be scheduled by reservation seven days a week, year round at either sunrise or two hours before sunset. Our balloons carry two to four passengers at a time. We suggest you make reservations for your flight one to two weeks in advance, however we will do our best to accommodate you on shorter notice. With sufficient notice we can accommodate parties of any size with several balloons. Your balloon adventure will last approximately three hours with actual flight time about one hour, followed by a champagne picnic. We welcome your participation during the inflation.
